Homemade almond butter is so different than the almond butter from the store, and once you make it, you may never go back to buying store bought again! This almond butter is combined with the complimenting tastes of Cinnamon and vanilla to really take it to the next level of yum.

A few hints: Roasting times on almonds may vary, but you will know they are done when they have a nice golden glow and a nutty fragrance. Note that they will keep cooking for a few minutes after taking them out of the oven. Wait until they are completely cooled before blending! If you are using a high-speed blender, halving the recipe may not work, as you need enough volume of ingredients to really make the nut butter churn.

Enjoy this on toast, crackers, apples, or even on it's own by the spoonful.
