Goat cheese is something that people may never have had before or thought about using in a recipe. The three recipes I chose to include - the first two are things I make at least twice a month, the salad sometimes a few times a week. I also wanted to include a dessert so that if you really wanted to, you could serve all three at the same time as a meal.
