i love carrots and cook with them often. they are a staple in my pantry and they are so versatile. i also love to paint carrots, so this was an obvious choice of art for me. the spaghetti with carrots and prosciutto is a favorite that i put together based on flavors i thought would work well together. the carrot bread recipe is one that a friend gave me years ago and is delicious, and the roasted carrots and parsnips is one that i recently tasted while visiting family in England. i hope you enjoy my recipes. thanks,stacy antonelle
