This recipe was found by my mother in an Alaskan magazine. Of course moose meat is more common in Alaska than Ohio so we decided to use hamburger meat instead. Someday I would like to actually use moose meat, because if the dish is yummy with hamburger meat it is sure to be delicious with moose meat!
