The year was 2018. My sister came to visit us in Oslo. We had the best, sunniest summer since we moved to Norway, and we were at the beach almost every day.
This picnic at Paradisbukta Beach is one of my fondest memories from that summer. It was the second day after her arrival. We made some hot dogs and put them in a thermos to stay warm. We also brought a chocolate cake that I made for her as a welcome treat. That was one magnificent, tasty lunch with my bestie.
