My sister brought this amazing version of "macaroni and cheese" back with her from Germany, and it is the ultimate comfort food! It's simple and absolutely delicious! She uses Emmental cheese, but if you can't find that in your local grocery store (I usually cannot) gruyere or swiss are still delicious options!
