Coming from a region of the country, that grows, brews and cures its own tea to the finest around the world its no surprise I am a tea lover. ( love coffee too) The varieties of tea that comes from India & the world, along with Indian spices definitely make them binge-worthy. Ginger, lemon, lemongrass, cinnamon, nutmeg, mint, aniseed, jasmine, saffron and zillion other things to tango with tea. My favourite- the sulaimani from northern Kerala... truly zesty, healthy and it is the season to glug on tea
