When in the cold season, thick soup is my all-time favorite. I use this recipe a lot as it’s easy to make and this pumpkin soup has sweetcorn in it, which feels more filling and its taste matches better with pumpkin.

Also for my husband who doesn’t find soup as a whole meal, it can’t fill him. Hence, I like to serve freshly baked dinner rolls as a side and he can eat as many as he wants.
