Our Thanksgiving menu of 2020 barely resembles the 1621 celebration in Plymouth MA. Turkey may have been on the menu, but shellfish, lobster, fish, eels, venison, and various ‘fowl’ were more likely on the menu for the first Thanksgiving feast. I wanted to portray the foods that were most likely to be eaten on that first celebration. For more information about Plymouth, go to www.Plimoth.org
