I am currently a student at Savannah College of Art and Design and I am taking Linda Warner-Constantino's Illustrating the Edible class. This is a vegan variation on my Mom's traditional banana bread recipe, our sweet great dane Lilly acquired a taste for it after I left it a little too close to the edge of the counter!
