Read More...Bibimbap is one of the most popular Korean traditional food that used to serve as a King's meal in Chosun era. Bibimbab's literal meaning is mixed food. Like its name, there are variety of vegetables in the meal. Tofu can be substituted with beef if not vegetarian. Vegetables in the meal can be anything you like as well. The point of bibimbap is mixing well with gochujang and sesame oil according to individual's preference!
