Recipe developed by Cleveland Clinic Lifestyle 180 program. This is a Go! Food, which meets beautifying nutritional criteria.
1 cup sugar
1 cup grated carrot
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 cups flour
All the ingredients are mixed. Expanded in terms of mold. Bake 20-30 minutes at 180C. Ready to use cupcakes inside =)
