As long as I remember, I have always loved to draw.
When I was a little girl my dad used to draw
my favorite book an tv characters.
He inspired me to start drawing.
I studied fashion design with a focus on illustration.
Altough busy raising triplets, I never stopped drawing.
These days my sketchbooks and illustrations are like a visual diary.
Inspired by everything that surrounds me: documenting places, books, movies and
my favourite recipes.
When I 'm not drawing or painting, I spend my free time either with a book or in the kitchen.
I love baking and cooking and I cherish the memories of baking with my children
and sharing home-made goodness with family and friends.

This fruit tart is easy to make!
You can bake the shell and make the pastry cream in advance, the pastry cream can be refrigerated up to 3 days and the shell for 2 days.
This recipe will make about six small fruit tarts or one 9” tart.
