Malayali food has a special place in my heart and the Onam Sadya has always been the yearly delight I eagerly wait for. This grand meal is served on a banana leaf and can have up to 30 items sometimes. Last year due to the lockdown, we decided to cook this meal on our own and managed to put together 20 things, much to our delight. To prepare for this, I usually skip (or have a very light) breakfast to have enough space in my tummy to devour all the delicacies, Can't wait for the festival to come around again.
