Hello! It´s been a while! I´ve been trough some rough times, but i´m back with my mother´s meat empanada recipe. Hehehe!

Well, Well! This is the first recipe I would submit!
This is Tuco Sauce. Here, in Argentina, this sauce is very popular, specially taking in count that a great, GREAT, part of the population of Buenos Aires has got Italian ascendance (including me, of course), so pasta is a very common meal, and it goes hand in hand with the history of the most of our families.
This is my grandma´s recipe, with my mother´s twist. It takes time to make it, but the flavor it´s... indescribable. You´ll find out! It worth the hard work.
