Hi, I’m a graphic designer and illustrator in Chester, UK. I love illustrating all kinds of things, from articles in magazines to posters, packaging, art prints and more...
My style tends towards a retro or vintage feel often with a limited colour palette and muted shades. I hope you like my designs! If you’d like to license or commission an artwork or collaborate please drop me a line.

I hadn’t made scones for years, I remembered from school that they were a bit difficult. Well they’re not! You need a little time for some stages, like mixing the flour, butter and sugar with your fingers to look like breadcrumbs...don’t try answering the phone at this point! This recipe makes cute little scones, about 24. I like them with margarine but maybe you’re a jam and cream person or perhaps you like the cheese variety. Each to their own! Why don’t you them a go.
Another recipe given to me, this time by my cousin Judith. To say they are addictive is not an over statement. Everyone who has tried these has been wowed by their gooey chocolatey-ness. They are less cakey than some brownies and with a few twists like adding nuts or orange zest you can mix them up a bit. Do enjoy! They are irresistible.
This is my favourite cake, it’s just so comforting to eat for some reason, and easy to bake! I keep trying to add a little twist here and there to keep it interesting though. I love the taste of banana with spices like cinnamon and cloves and adding coffee makes a change too. The nuts give a bit of texture.
This is my cousin Susan’s tried and tested yummy recipe. Now I’ve found flour I’ve succumbed to the lockdown baking frenzy and am loving it! It’s a lovely moist and nutty cake and the ground cinnamon and cloves give it a spice boost.
