Bio:

I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts and specialize in graphic design and illustration. After working more than 15 + years in the corporate design world, I decided to start my own design business. Lately I have been diligently working on writing and illustrating my second book about Georgia. My first book, Amazing Alabama, was released on November 1, 2017. YAY!

My favorite art medium is pen and ink, but I am FOREVER experimenting with different styles and techniques. When I am not drawing and designing, I keep myself busy preparing new content and writing in my blog, where I talk about things I like: my artwork, food, explorations, sketches, etc.

I find inspiration for my artwork in the people around me and the region that I call home - going on weekend trips, touring local museums, and driving through small towns. When I'm not endlessly sketching anything I can imagine, I spend time with my husband, children, and 2 pets at home in Auburn, AL cooking, watching old movies, reading, sewing, painting, and (of course) drawing.
