My mother makes a lot of popcorn- for our family, friends. parties, movies, any chance she has, any request made to her. As her "creative sous chef" I'm allowed to add the flare when we make gift-batches. She cooks it on our stove in the same pot every time, the measurements and process are pure reflex, but I'm sure it's a basic process you can find anywhere. My mother is a compassionate, hard working role model, and this is one of the ways she tells friends and family "I Love You"
