Bio:

We are Chloe and Abigail, or collectively, Buttercrumble. We are both currently studying a BA in Graphic Design at The University of Leeds and are based in the United Kingdom. We created Buttercrumble in 2011 when we wanted to collaborate and illustrate more.

Our collective is a mixture of contemporary illustrations and graphic design. Our focus is largely on charming surface patterns and character based illustrations but we also dabble in illustrative typography and logos. We are inspired by folk illustration, mid-century design and all things cute!
