I used to be an Art Director and Designer for Whole Foods Market, and there was a period of time when we heavily promoted the idea of "eating a rainbow!" I always loved the idea of it, actually eating so many beautiful colors, plus it always made me chuckle to imagine literally eating a giant rainbow. So this was fun to bring to illustrated fruition (pun intended)!
