Rooibos, meaning red bush, is an herbal health drink which is highly regarded in South Africa where the plant is solely grown. Rich in antioxidants and believed to relieve stomach problems, this tisane is also completely caffeine free, so it can be enjoyed anytime of the day. Rooibos is served with or without milk but this easy latte recipe is quite popular in local cafes as well.
London, UK, GB
I was recently introduced to this delicious drink by a friend on a very cold day. It's so comforting and warming, perfect in wintertime. This is the way I make it at home and have it in my favourite mug.
