- As I just noticed, a similar recipe has already been neatly illustrated by Nicolas Drossos from Athens, so I hope there won't be a redundancy to submit this one as well. Here is my version of this beloved traditional Cretan snack, which is very common to be served with food as salad or by its own as a light meal.
