A simple yet jolly recipe that serves as a Christmas dessert for those times when you spent the entire Christmas Eve cooking and you realize in the evening that you have no more time to prepare the dessert.

This cake makes a perfect X-Mas table dish due to its festive color palette, it is light and perfect after a heavy meal (due to the yogurt). It could also become easily a summer cake (see the tips in my recipe).
