Pizza Napoletana, Margherita Style

I must have a thing for tomatoes and mozzarella; I have also illustrated Insalata Caprese. Lately I've been experimenting with hand-written recipes, like when you quickly scribble down something because you don't feel like printing out the recipe online. Or the feeling of seeing a favorite hand-written recipe from family or friends.

I'm also always looking for the authentic and learned a lot about how to produce that perfectly charred Napoletana pizza crust. If all else fails, there is always the grill and the bonus of garden tomatoes and basil this summer... might just try making homemade fresh mozzarella sometime, too!
