Tteok-Bokki(a.k.a. Spicy Korean Rice Cakes) is my favorite food in the world! It's a popular Korean dish that is usually seen as a casual eat. There are variations of Tteok-Bokki that uses a different sauce base, and what goes in it depends on the cook. However, use this recipe to make the most common type of Tteok-bokki. Enjoy!
