When I was in Thailand, coconuts and papayas were everywhere. I often bought ripend papayas from a local market near by where you could buy fresh vegetables and fruits at quite affordable prices. I remember the smell of ripend papayas was so irresistible there. Right after coming back from the market, I cored a half-cut papaya and always put my favorite coconut ice cream in it! That was my favorite treat on a hot day and it looked just like a lovely yummy boat floating on a tropical ocean! The combination of papaya and coconut is simply divine. These papaya coconut ice pops are reproduction of my favorite icy delight in Bangkok in a bit different form :)
Kahwa tea is one such beverage which is an amazing combination of delicious taste, aroma and a bundle of health benefits.Kahwa is an exotic mix of Kashmiri green tea leaves, whole spices, nuts and saffron, which was traditionally prepared in a brass kettle known as samovar. The samovar has a central cavity where hot coal is placed while the surrounding space is reserved for boiling the water and other ingredients for the tea.
"Pork Steak with Soy Sauce" or "Hmu See-Iw",in Thai, is my favorite food. It is inherited from my grandmom to my mom. It's so easy to make it. It just has 3 steps to cook and use just 3 ingredients to done it. Although, it looks so easy but the taste is very delicious. I suggest to eat "Hmu See-Iw" with boiled rice because you can taste more delicious. Enjoy it :)
