The 2011 Eat Pretty for the Holidays recipe contest was sponsored by YouBeauty.com, a website founded by Dr. Oz and Dr. Roizen to help us achieve our full beauty potential, arming you with proven tools to measure and improve your inner and outer beauty. We asked everyone to submit a healthy holiday recipe and we were overwhelmed and overjoyed with the 140 truly beautiful recipes. The judging was based 50% on opinions from YouBeauty's editorial staff and 50% on comments left by over 500 viewers.
