Recipes By Sophie Peanut
A tasty French treat eaten in January to celebrate Epiphany. You hide a small ceramic figure called a feve in the dough (a dried bean will do). Whoever gets the feve gets a paper crown and becomes kind or queen for the day and is guaranteed luck for the year!
This dish is especially popular with my kids and healthy enough to be popular with adults too! Includes recipe for the Fajitas filling (chicken and beans), salsa, Guacamole and flour tortillas. I usually miss the chilis out as the kids are not keen on anything too spicy!
