Bio:

I am a freelance illustrator focusing on surface pattern design. To make my images, I draw and paint, do a lot of scanning, and finish up on the computer with digital manipulation and a finished file. I work from my home in California with my family and animals bustling underfoot. Most of my inspiration comes from home and tends to favor flowers from my garden, food, and pets. I never take myself, or my art, too seriously! That lets me enjoy what I do and be open to new techniques all the time!
