My family is fairly greedy and I can't buy decent bread nearby, so I have used a bread machine nearly every day for over 11 years. I don't bake with it though - just use it to mix and knead the dough. Easy.
Fantastic combination of grilled aubergines, mozzarella and fresh pesto. Many aubergines were harmed in the making of this recipe.
